I would like to introduce you to Parker. This little charmer is a special needs child who is something of a miracle. Parker was born with Down's Syndrome and has a host of other issues that his family is trying to deal with. His amazing Mom has a blog about "raising a special needs kid in a typical world" and what she and the family are going through is incredible. Parker is home schooled and needs a way to learn his letters. So we have created an embroidered set of felt letters for Parker that he can handle and play with and hopefully learn from. |

We would like to ask for your help.Anyone with a little tyke could use these. You can add a piece of magnet and hang them on your fridge or keep them in a basket just for play. These would also make a great craft fair item. This special set has a special price. If you choose to purchase the set, the entire price goes directly to Parker's Medical Fund at this crucial time when the state legislature where he lives is withdrawing funds for special needs children - while funding a zoo! I can't comprehend how anyone could even consider this! The set includes all 26 upper case letters, 26 lower case letters and the numbers 0 through 9. You can sew out your favorite child's name or make a learning game from these. They each sew out in about a minute! |

Becky sewed all of these out using three layers of felt - alternating colors so that they would be bright and fun for Parker. The upper case letters and numbers are about 3 3/4" tall; the lower case letters area little smaller than that. |
