Do you need some help unzipping?

If you use Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7, use these steps:

Right click on the name of the Zipped file and select "Extract All"
In the dialog box that opens type c:\ for the location where the unzipped files will go. If you have a different drive you put in that letter (d:\ or whatever)
When the unzipping is finished, a box will open showing you a folder on the drive you entered. This folder is named "www.CharmingStation.com" so you will be able to find us again if you would like to.

If you do this with all of our designs, you will find them all in a folder on your c: drive named: "www.charmingstation.com".

Inside that folder you will see a folder with the name of the designs you purchased and inside that folder you will find the designs and instructions/color sheets.

If your set has a larger or smaller version of the designs, they will be in a folder one level down so that they don't get mixed up with your regular size designs.

If you use WinZip, use these 3 simple steps:

Make sure your view looks like the one here - if not click on the View menu and select 'All Files'
Click on the Extract button at the top and in the box that appears, put c:\
Click to put a check next to "Use Folder Names.

If you do this with all of our designs, you will find them in a folder on your c: drive named: "www.charmingstation.com"
(so you can find us again when you want us).
